Back to School 2025-2026
We’re excited for another great school year! Please make special note of the dates leading up to the start of school. Dismissal instructions, school supply lists, and a calendar for the year can be found below.
Parent Orientation
Tuesday, July 29 from 2-3:30pm or 6:00-7:30pm: all families should plan to attend one of the two orientation sessions. Important information will be covered to help families prepare for the start of school. EACH FAMILY SHOULD MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND ONE OF THE TWO SESSIONS. Any class that has 100% attendance at Parent Orientation (meaning at least one parent / guardian of each student enrolled attends one of the two sessions) will receive a pizza party in August!
Open House
Thursday, July 31 from 4-7pm: families are welcome to stop by their classroom to meet their teacher and drop off school supplies.
- PreK3 through 5th grade will be at the Lower School Campus
- 6th through 12th will be at the Upper School Campus
Opening Ceremony
Monday, August 4 at 8am we will gather as a collective school body in the Sanctuary of New Life Chapel for our opening ceremony. Parents are encouraged to attend the short ceremony, at which time the students, teachers, and parents are given a charge for the year.
Please ensure your student comes dressed in Presentation Wear for the first day of school.
NEW! Lunch Procedures for 2025-2026
Due to the lack of student interest and vendor availability, ordering lunch from local vendors will not be offered for the 2025-2026 school year. Families should be prepared to send lunch with their student each day unless other arrangements are made. DoorDash will be permitted as long as the order is not placed by the student while at school (from their cell phone) and the coordination of delivery is not problematic.

Policies
Each year we ask that both students and parents / guardians read the Student-Parent Handbook. A signed form is returned to acknowledge that both parents and students understand the policies of CCA.
This mutual agreement between CCA families and the school helps bring common understanding and knowledge in what families can, and should, expect from CCA as well as what faculty and staff of CCA can, and should, expect from students and families.
A copy of the Student-Parent Handbook can be found on the CCA mobile app under the “Policies and Procedures” icon.
