Prospective Families

Thank you for your interest in Crossroads Christian Academy.

Our aim is to provide an excellent choice for capable and motivated students who enjoy the challenge of learning. Admission to Crossroads Christian Academy is based on the applicant’s performance on a placement test, previous academic record and family interview. The purpose of the admissions process is to ensure a good fit between Crossroads Christian Academy and the student.

Information

To learn about CCA, please request an information packet by calling the school office or by sending us an email to info@ccawaycross.com. Documentation will include the school calendar, tuition scale, scholarship opportunities, and an introductory note from administration. Additionally, we host several Open House events throughout the year and encourage you to attend a session to learn about curriculum, athletics, arts, and parental involvement. Informational meetings are encouraged between prospective families and administration. After completing the above, please call the school office to schedule a meeting.

Application

If our qualities fall in line with what you desire for your child’s education, then we invite you to begin our admission process.

  1. Complete the application form online.
  2. Collect copies of the most recent report card, standardized test scores, and attendance records to bring to the appointment. If the student(s) is homeschool, a summary of the most recent coursework is also requested.

Entrance Testing & Interviews

When your application packet is complete, we will contact you to schedule a review of the application and allow administration to meet the prospective student(s). Both parents or guardians are encouraged to attend. Student(s) should be prepared to complete a placement during this time.

Acceptance

The administration will notify you via a phone call or email once an admission decision has been made. A formal letter will also be mailed to the address submitted on the application. Official enrollment occurs when the enrollment fee is submitted. CCA allows families 14 calendar days to accept placement offers and enrollment is complete when the enrollment fee is submitted.
