We provide Christian education in a classical way.
Crossroads Christian Academy was the vision of educators, business leaders, and parents who were searching for a Christ-centered education that prepares area youth for their next steps, whether that be higher education or the workforce. Thus, the decision for classical education in was born in the fall of 2017 in Waycross, Georgia.
Crossroads Christian Academy advocates a Christ-centered education using the classical approach for grades PreK3 through 12th. Instruction at CCA emphasizes the mastery of a core body of knowledge and adds the higher goal of exposing students to the depth and breadth of learning. This goal is accomplished when God is recognized as the source of all knowledge and wisdom. Students are taught a Biblical worldview to discern the values of the present culture and to navigate it successfully as Christians. We strive to teach students how to think, not what to think.
Crossroads Christian Academy (CCA) was established to provide an environment of academic excellence conducive to developing educated citizens, with a Biblical worldview, who are prepared to represent our Lord Jesus Christ in all walks of life. Crossroads Christian Academy’s philosophy is found in the theme verse: “He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ.” (Colossians 1:28, NIV)
CCA believes that a child’s education is a partnership between the school and the parent. CCA provides a curriculum to meet the needs of its students to enable them to meet their educational and career goals. The parents are informed and involved in the education of their children.
CCA provides an educational experience with a biblical world view. CCA recognizes the ultimate authority in all things is God. “Solo Scriptura” is the basis for CCA’s decisions in all things including curriculum, policy, behavior guidelines, discipline, teaching methods, extracurricular activities, and use of resources.
CCA does not replace the church and family. The home and the church work together to nurture and build the foundation of a student’s individual faith. CCA supports the work of the church and family by providing an academic experience in a Christ-centered environment.
CCA is a Classical Christian School. Thus, classical teaching methods are primarily used to teach our students. As a result, students take Latin, study great books, and study logic to develop critical thinking skills. The school follows the trivium of grammar, rhetoric, and logic. This approach uses a holistic method to help children grow and develop physically, academically, and spiritually to become Christ-like members of society.
Crossroads Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available by this school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national or ethnic origin, nor in our administration of educational policies, athletic programs, or other school-administered programs.

A Letter from the Chairman
I want to welcome you to Crossroads Christian Academy. We are excited to see that you are interested in knowing more about our school. CCA began with a group of parents who had a vision to see Christian education offered with rigor and elevated expectations. We don’t feel this is accomplished solely at school, but through a partnership between parents and the educators. At Crossroads Christian Academy, we believe in the Classical model of instruction which is founded upon a Biblical worldview. We also feel this approach best assists parents in fulfilling their God-given responsibility of educating their children to love the Lord their God with all their heart, all their mind, all their soul and all their strength. Use of Classical Christian teaching methods helps take students from wherever they are and elevate them to be the very best student they can be. Our experienced teachers, low student/teacher ratio, academic rigor and focus upon moral character all combine to create a strong learning environment.
